Jaci also loves property!
After returning from teaching in the UK in 1992 Jaci realised that her classroom days were over and began her property career with a high profile residential agency in Perth.
Her passion for property resulted in her establishing the WA division of Investment House Australia and Investment House Constructions in 1997. Through this company, Jaci lead a team that assisted hundreds of clients to successfully enter the property investment arena, enabling them to build a substantial wealth base founded on sound property principles.
In 2000 Jaci combined with publicly listed group Deakin Financial Services to establish and operate Deakin Property WA, which in 2003 evolved into privately owned, Residential Investment Service. A re-branding took place in 2009 to Aalto Property Solutions.
Since 1997, however, Jaci’s core strategy of identifying the best investment properties in the marketplace has not changed. She now works closely with developers and builders to source outstanding investment opportunities for her clients. Coupled with current market research, this is the key to her consistently and successfully identifying superior property opportunities available to Aalto’s clients. Many of these opportunities are exclusive to Aalto Property Solutions clients.
